Bluetooth, Charging and Clocks

Let Guests Stream Their Music And Charge Their Gadgets

Why Bluetooth, Charging and Clocks?

Guests want to Stream Their Music and Charge Their Gadgets

Your guests bring multiple devices with them.  These devices are loaded with their own content including music, which they would love to stream via Bluetooth. But most importantly, they need to charge these devices, generally at the bedside.

A clock with multiple charging options including wireless charging and USB ports plus Bluetooth ticks all the boxes for your guest. But you do need to make sure it has hotel specific features such as Single Day alarm and display brightness control. These are two things that guests really appreciate.

TESTIMONIALS

Hear From Some Of Our Clients

“Technology 4 Hotels was recommended to me by my colleagues.  They supply modern and reliable customised hotel phones and had exactly what I was looking for.  They understood my needs and kept me updated throughout the whole process.  They are easy to deal with, genuinely helpful, capable and professional.  The service was excellent.”

Cian McClafferty
General Manager

“Brendon and his team are exceptional to all others I have dealt with, they are extremely professional, communication is fantastic and any request or concern is auctioned immediately and efficiently. It is an absolute pleasure working with them. I would certainly recommend Technology 4 Hotels and their equipment. Brendon really understands what the client needs. He understands his product and goes out of his way to help you understand how it works. I think that if Accor held an awards ceremony for the Supplier of the Year, I would like Technology 4 Hotels to be nominated! They are that good.”

Claire Jackison
HES (Hotel Equipment Services) Manager

“I was Chief Engineer at Sofitel Melbourne on Collins and our existing phones needed to be replaced as the current model no longer existed. I had known Brendon for some time and all of our dealings have always had positive outcomes. I had experienced problems in the past with different phones from a another supplier so I had concerns about buying phones but based on past experience, I felt I could trust Brendon. I needed a specific phone that met our brand standards, with flexibility around the design of the face plates and a quick turn around on the order.

Brendon suggested he could provide the phones and gave me his word that there were no concerns (especially regarding compatibility with my PABX), once Brendon gave me his word, everything else was just a formality. The service I received was second to none. Brendon was always quick to respond to my emails and follow up on any of my requests/questions. If you are a hotelier that requires technology products and are looking for flawless service and superior products I recommend you speak to Brendon and the team at Technology 4 Hotels.”

Frequently Asked Questions

A: The best location is where the guest can access it! Power outlets for guests should be at “desk height” and NOT on the floor. Power outlets at the bedside and desk/work area should be above the nightstand or desk. You want it to be convenient and you do NOT want them checking how clean it is under the bed while groveling around for a power outlet.

A: We highly recommend providing USB C ports, the industry standards in USB charging. USB charging has been around for a long time, the traditional wide port is called USB A the new narrower port is called USB C. We highly recommend providing USB C so you have maximum longevity and if you have the option to provide A as well, we recommend that for guests with older gadgets.

A: We strongly recommend wireless Qi charging for guests. Not only is it ultra-convenient, but chances are that in the future Apple phones will ONLY be able to charge wirelessly so you want to be able to cater to them today and in the future. Having said that, we do recommend providing USB chagrin options too.

A: No! Unlesss its a chargeable item. Most guests travel with their cables and do not require them. If you provide them in the guest room, chances are they will leave with the guest as we all lose cables and are pretty keen to have a spare. Offering quality cables through Mini-bar on demand is a great option, but recommend NOT having the stock in the guest rooms.
